You may also call us toll free at (800) 575-6917. However, we request that you email us instead of calling unless you are trying to place an order. All other issues, including cancelations, please send us an email to get a response.

Where are you located?

We are based in Indianapolis, IN.

Do you charge state sales tax?

We only collect Indiana sales tax on orders being shipping within Indiana. For purchases shipped outside of Indiana, you may be required to report out of state sales tax usage on your annual tax return. Check with your state's Internal Revenue Service for more information.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow a minimum of 7–10 business days to receive your order from the time it is placed.

What if I do not receive my order?

You will receive notification when your order ships and another when your order is delivered. If you received a delivery notification but did not receive your package, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately (within 1 or 2 days). If you do not contact us immediately, we take no responsibility for your loss. We are also not responsible for theft of delivered packages.

How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping via UPS Ground is free on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous continental United States. This includes APO/FPO addresses as well. In most cases, you can expect to receive your order within 7–10 business days. 

For APO/FPO orders outside the contiguous continental United States, we will ship your order using the United States Postal Service. Normal postal rates for shipping will be applied to your order total for the actual amount of postage due only; no processing or handling fees will be added.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via 2-Day UPS or 2-Day FedEx service or by USPS. Again, the actual amount of the shipping cost will be added to your order total; no processing or handling fees will be added.

Unfortunately, except to APO/FPO addresses, we no longer ship outside of the United States. Furthermore, all prices listed on our site are in US dollars.

What is your return policy?

Returns of unused items will be accepted within 30 days from the day on which you receive your order. The product must be in a new condition (no signs of use allowed) and packaged in the original packing materials and box.

Before returning any item for exchange or refund, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please email us at sales@tuttocases.com. Or call us toll free at (800) 575-6917.

Additional Information:
  • You are responsible for the return shipping. We recommend using a service that offers shipment tracking and insurance.
  • Once your item is received, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Our initial cost to ship your order will be deducted from your refund due.
  • It may take 7-10 business days from the date a refund is issued for the credit to appear on your account.
When you first receive your new luggage, we recommend that you:
  • Take some time to inspect and test out your new luggage as soon as it is received.
  • Keep the original packaging until you are sure you want to keep it, in case it does need to be returned.
